Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jack brings a working knowledge of the city's submarkets earned over a lifetime of direct exposure. His practice centers on Studio City and the broader Valley, with additional fluency in Sherman Oaks, Toluca Lake, Westlake Village, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and the Westside corridors.
Two areas of practical experience that materially affect transaction outcomes round out Jack's approach. First, negotiation: years of representing sellers and buyers across price points have produced a disciplined approach to client positioning at the table, structuring terms that hold under pressure, and recognizing when to push, when to accept, and when to walk.
